Designed specifically for the Volkswagen Golf MK8 R and Audi S3 8Y, this downpipe features a high-flow 200-cell catalytic converter, oversized 130mm OD cast construction, and a Cerakote ceramic coating to reduce radiant heat within the engine bay.
The large-volume cast inlet provides a smooth transition from the turbocharger outlet into the exhaust system, helping reduce backpressure and improve exhaust flow for both factory and upgraded hybrid turbo applications.

Developed specifically for MQB EVO vehicles equipped with the EA888 Gen 4 engine, ensuring correct fitment and optimized exhaust flow for the Golf MK8 R and Audi S3 8Y.
Cerakote Ceramic Heat Coating
The downpipe is finished with a high-temperature Cerakote ceramic coating to help reduce radiant heat, improve thermal management, and protect surrounding engine-bay components.
Oversized Cast Turbo Outlet
The cast inlet section transitions from the factory turbo outlet into a large 130mm chamber before reducing to a 102mm exhaust section.
This oversized design provides additional internal volume, helping reduce restriction and improve exhaust gas evacuation under high load and elevated boost pressure.
High-Flow 200-Cell Catalytic Converter
Equipped with a large 130mm-diameter, 200-cell high-flow catalytic converter for improved exhaust flow while helping reduce exhaust smell and emissions compared with a catless downpipe.
Factory and Hybrid Turbo Compatibility
Suitable for vehicles equipped with the factory turbocharger or compatible upgraded hybrid turbochargers.
Smooth Internal Flow Path
The cast construction creates a smooth and consistent internal surface with fewer sharp transitions or dead zones, supporting improved exhaust flow, turbo response, and overall efficiency.
Aggressive Exhaust Sound
The larger tubing and high-flow catalytic converter produce a deeper, more aggressive exhaust note while retaining a catalytic converter for a more refined setup than a fully catless system.
Multiple Exhaust Adaptors Included
Supplied with two reducer options for compatibility with different aftermarket exhaust systems:

Back Purged TIG Welding
